Highly Rated Defense Lawyer By Clients
There are several criteria that a lawyer will consider before making a recommendation to a client of highly rated defense attorney by clients. The first criterion is to be sure that the client meets the qualifications for a high-ranking attorney, such as being a member of the bar, having a good reputation for his or her law practice, being active in community organizations and having been awarded the appropriate awards. The other criterion is the actual recommendation of the lawyer. While many people are satisfied with their attorneys, others may not be, so if the law firm is recommending an attorney to a client, this will be looked at carefully by the lawyers. If the law firm recommends an attorney who has not won a case in several years, it may not be a good recommendation to a client.
